The orchard is in full bloom with flowers. Some fruits are starting to appear (figs, lemon, pomegranate) but most are still just flowering. We have 36 trees in the orchard and honestly I have no clue what most of them are but I should start to notice clues soon as the fruits appear.

I decided to bake holiday cookies this past weekend. I didn’t have time during the holidays and I didn’t have a mixer which makes baking a bit challenging. I now have a hand mixer so I baked cranberry and white chocolate cookies. I’ve made this recipe many times and they always turn out great.
